Shipping FAQ

How long will it take for my package to ship?

Please allow us 3-5 days to package your order and mail it your way! We make package everything by ourselves, so it may take some time. 

With preorders, there may be custom time frames in order to make the mentioned product. 

With new releases, especially with t-shirts and Wood Products, please allow up to two weeks for your package to be shipped. These are usually custom, or it may take some time to print the t shirts in advance!

My Tracking Number hasn't Updated!

If your shipment is listed as "pre shipment", then it hasn't been scanned yet and is on the way to the post office, packed! Please give it a couple of days for a tracking update on your shipment. 

I think my Package is Super Lost :(

If you notice that your Tracking Number hasn't updated in a couple of days, please try these simple steps to make sure: Usually your package is lost in the USPS ether, and needs just a couple more days to get to you! 

Make sure you sign up for emails/ notifications once you get your tracking number. 

Give it a couple of days and wait on your package. If there is still no movement,  either contact your local post office with your tracking number or enter your tracking info on the USPS “report a missing package page. Remember, delays are super normal, especially at this day and age, so give it time and it will come. 

Lost packages are dealt with by a case by case basis- some things, like custom wood orders, can't be replaced, so please reach out after exhausting USPS resources. If you have a package that's been marked as Delivered, but you don't see it or it didn't make your doorstep, check with your neighbors or local areas first, or give it a few more days- sometimes packages are marked as delivered a few days before they make it to you.

How do I take care of my screen-printed item?

All of our screen-printed items are pre-washed and set, but if you'd like, put it in the dryer on medium-high heat for 20 minutes to set your shirt. The first wash of your shirt should be a cold cycle! 

I ordered the wrong size! Can I exchange for a replacement?

Of course! If the shirt is unworn/unwashed, as well as sent back within 14 days, once we receive the shirt back we will send you a replacement size. however, we only print limited stock of most tees so we can't guarantee you we have a replacement in stock. if we do, we'll happily exchange, and if not, we can issue you a refund.

Can I get a custom Wood-Burned Piece?

Any custom wood-burning pieces are by commission only.If you'd like to commission a piece, please check out this sheethere, and email ash atashlynrudolph@gmail.com

We custom make many items, especially depending on season and interest- if you liked a particular item, please let us know!! This helps us gauge what to continue making and what to look into creating next!
