Shipping policy

Custom Orders, such as Mystery Plaques or Custom Wood Orders, will take about about 30-35 days to complete. If you have any questions about your custom order, please email me at ashlynrudolph@gmail.com. 

Shipping on other order takes about 5-8 business days to process and ship your way. If you are unsure about an order making it to your location, please contact me with your receipt. 

Digital orders are downloadable instantly upon completion of your transaction. 

We currently do not ship orders outside of the US at this time. If you would like a custom order and are outside of the US, please contact us at ashlynrudolph@gmail.com
