These pieces are made to order, and a complete surprise except for what you've written down! Usually a little simpler in style due to size.
Every month I put out a LIMITED set of 5x7 mystery plaques, and a LIMITED set of "small" (4x4-4x3) mystery plaques. There is ONE 6x8 mystery plaque each month. Possible sizes include beveled plaques in oval and rectangle shapes.
Make sure to have your email included when checking out, so that you can get an extra heads up when your package is shipped, and I can answer any questions/ concerns or reach out to you!
Shipping generally takes 5-8 days to process and ship.
Wood orders may take longer, and custom orders can take up to 21 days to ship out, or more.
We make all of our items by hand or print them ourselves, so please keep this in mind while you wait!
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom items cannot be refunded, but possibly can be returned or replaced on a case by case basis.
